SWS organised a Yoga session on June 21, 2022, for the staff in school premises to commemorate International Yoga Day. Everyone performed yoga asanas under the able guidance of Ms. Indu Nagpal, a Yoga instructor and an expert. She emphasized on the importance of yoga in our life and explained that the asanas help us to unite our body and breath with the mind. Some of the highlights of the session were Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Setubandhasana and Dhanurasana. Some students also took part in the International Yoga Day celebrations held at Parade Ground, Chandigarh, and Rock Garden.
