The Wonderites of Smart Wonders School Sector 71, Mohali had the chance to be part of an educational excursion to the Alliance Française Médiathèque on 14th and 21st, May 2019. On this occasion, a wide range of fun activities was organized, aimed at exploring the French language. The presentation by Alexia, the French intern at the organization captivated the students. They felt elated to engage in a conversation with a native speaker and thoroughly enjoyed the voyage through the French culture. The Médiathèque put in place a variety of language-related games and the students highly appreciated the approach to language learning.
The visit proved to be very enriching for the students and it opened before them a new world to be discovered of possibilities and opportunities. Last but not the least students came back with beautiful badges as souvenirs. Speaking to the students on the occasion, the Principal Ms. Poonamjit Kaur spoke about the beauty of enjoying a language through a variety of mediums that celebrate it. She promised the students more similar excursions in the future.
