At Smart Wonders School physical education is an integral part of the school curriculum. The school offers variety of sports facilities of international standards, where students of all age groups can enjoy, unwind and keep fit.
All sports disciplines are given equal importance and are played with great enthusiasm under the guidance of specialized coaches. School teams actively participate in Inter school and Inter house tournaments.
‘Sports Day’ an annual event generates great excitement among the students and parents alike. The various sports facilities offered at Smart Wonders are:-

Smart Wonders School celebrated its Annual Sports Day on 9th December in Sector-46 stadium with great zeal and fervour.
The Sports Day celebration commenced with the oath taking ceremony and the lighting of the torchwhich is a symbol of fair-play and sportsmanship.The programme began with a melodious welcome song followed by the march past by all the four houses- Aspen, Cedar, Oak and Mapleled by the Head Boy, Head Girl and House Captains. The Principal, Mrs Anu Dhingra declared the meet open and emphasised the importance of sports in students’ life.
The event had a colourful start with the display of a wide array of bright and reverberant events which filled everyone with the spirit of sportsmanship and unity.The most intriguing aspect, embellishing the event, was the splendid field displays, involving mass student participation on the field.The displays, included the Umbrella Drill, Saree Drill, Ribbon and Aerobics and Kathak by classes 3 to 5 and the graceful Fan dance,shimmering Pom- Pom dance and enthralling Bhangra by students of classes 6 to 10.
Athletics is all about endurance, skill and stamina. The students were at their best on the track also.The track events including100mts, 200mts, 400mts & Relay Races, Sack Race, Long Jump and Shot put, were held during the day. The zealous parents constantly applauded the participants. The Prize Distribution Ceremony for the All Round Achievers was done by giving away medals and trophies to the students.The programme ended with a vote of thanks by the Principal, Mrs Anu Dhingrawho applauded the effort of the students and the teachers for making the event such a huge success.
